Setup and Login

You only need to follow these steps once.

After you are finished, you'll automatically be logged in whenever you are logged into Asana.

1: Choose Your License Level (Basic, Pro, Pro Team)

Visit EasyTasker.io/pricing to choose your license level (Basic, Pro, or Pro Team Unlimited). If you selected Pro Team, please reference the Welcome Email to submit your list of users who will need access. You can add unlimited team users for no extra cost (as long as they have the same company domain in their email address.

2: Download the Browser Extension(s) and Apps

EasyTasker is built to work on many browsers and dozens of different apps and platforms. Please click on the each logo below to visit the download pages for each browser extension and app add-on. After you download each extension or app add-on, you'll only have to sign in once on each one, and then, as long as you are signed into Asana, you won't need to sign in again.

The Gmail integration automatically activates through the browser extensions.

You only need to choose the extension matching your preferred browser(s), Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge, and the Gmail button will automatically become available in your Gmail or Google Workspace email.

The LinkedIn integration automatically activates through the browser extensions.

You only need to choose the extension matching your preferred browser(s), Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge, and the LinkedIn button will automatically become available.

The YouTube integration automatically activates through the browser extensions.

You only need to choose the extension matching your preferred browser(s), Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge, and the YouTube button will automatically become available.

The Twitter integration automatically activates through the browser extensions.

You only need to choose the extension matching your preferred browser(s), Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge, and the Twitter button will automatically become available.

The Facebook integration automatically activates through the browser extensions.

You only need to choose the extension matching your preferred browser(s), Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge, and the Facebook button will automatically become available.

3: Ready, set, go!

Use Asana everywhere w/ EasyTasker for Asana!

After activating each extension or app add-on, you'll be able to seamlessly use Asana everywhere you do your work. In most apps, you can use the EasyTasker buttons or the customizable shortcuts (PRO only).
